Anime character spine animation

I am looking for an animator who can create traditional 2D animations for my anime character.

Character Design:
- I already have a specific character design that will be provided to the animator.

Animation Sequences:
- I will need 1-3 animation sequences for the character.

Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in Spine animation software
- Proficient in traditional 2D animation techniques.
- Experience in animating anime-style characters.
- Ability to bring life and personality to the character through animations.
- Attention to detail in capturing the character's unique features and movements.

Attachments: character that needs to be animated and example of what I need.
