Anime-Cartoon Hybrid Character Design

I'm in need of a talented illustrator who can create character designs in a unique blend of anime and cartoonish styles. The characters, including a dragon, will be used for my YouTube channel. These characters should be able to depict a wide range of casual and dramatic poses, as well as various emotional expressions suitable for both everyday scenarios and more intense, dramatic moments.
Key Requirements:
- Create a multitude of emotional expressions, from happiness and excitement to sadness and anger, and everything in between
- Create various poses for each character, both casual and dramatic
- Depict each character in a mix of anime and cartoonish style.
