2D Anime Animation for Adults

Looking for an anime animation artist to hire for a project. Either 2D like most anime’s or I could work with a 2.5D style (similar to Arcane/To Be Hero X/ Spiderverse) I’m willing to pay any price because this is a big ask so it’s definitely negotiable !!! I have two original character in mind but I am hoping to work with an animator to bring them to life. I can provide general description and inspiration board for the actual character designs and outfits. I am looking for a video that resembles something of an anime intro. So the animation will be very fast very detailed with lists of exaggerated angles and fighting scenes. The video will probably need to be 1 minute to 1 and a half minutes. Honestly this is a present for my husband we both love anime I love to draw and play with animation but I don’t have the skills to produce anything of that caliber yet haha.
