2D Anime Action Animation

I need a talented 2D animator or small animation team to adapt my light novel into an anime-style animation. This project involves creating either a short pilot episode (3-5 minutes) or a trailer/motion comic-style animation.

Animation Style & References:
- Traditional 2D anime (like Studio Ghibli, Kyoto Animation, or modern seasonal anime)
- Clean linework, expressive character emotions, and dynamic camera angles

What I Need:
- Character Animation: Smooth, expressive movements (lip-sync if dialogue exists)
- Background Art: Hand-drawn or digitally painted (we can discuss simplified styles to save costs)
- Key Scenes: A mix of emotional close-ups, action sequences (battle scenes), and atmospheric moments

Battle scenes need to highlight:
- Weapon choreography
- Special powers or abilities
- Strategic movements and tactics

Ideal skills & experience:
