2D Animators: Adobe Animate users ONLY! Large ongoing children's media project, apply here!

I am looking for 2D animators who are proficient in Adobe Animate (Adobe Flash) for a large ongoing children's media project.
Animation Style:
- The animation style should be 2D cartoon animation.
Storyline/Concept:
-from a script
Animation Duration:
60 - 90 seconds
Ideal Skills and Experience:
• Create lively and engaging cartoon character-based animations in Adobe Animate at 4K Ultra HD (3840 x 2160 px).
• Work from a script and our written art direction, and take our animatics into the finished animation stage.
• Receive 4K resolution layered .psd files for each scene (characters are already puppeted into separate body parts), import into Animate and create character symbols and backgrounds, and animate them per our direction.
• Create fun & lively character animations: lip sync, facial expressions, expressive body language & movement, walk cycles, etc.
• Proper labeling and clean file organization is a must.
