Animator for an employee handbook

We are a construction company, and need for our employee handbook (about 10 pages long) an animator that can follow the story line of the handbook (it has an adventure theme) and assist in ideas of how to personalize the experience per each employee through the animation.

I will also like to translate the concept of the print to possibly an animation video
