Animator for channel

I'm looking for an experienced animator to create an animation in a 2D style for a channel targeting children. I don't have a script or storyboard created yet, so I'm looking for someone that can help with this part of the process. The animator should be creative, knowledgeable, and able to create high-quality animations. Time management and communication skills are also important. Overall, I need an experienced animator who I can count on to bring my vision to life.
