Animator for awareness campaign

I am looking for an experienced animator to create an awareness campaign videos that are 2 minutes long. The animation style I'm interested in is 2D, with a moderate level of detail. I need someone who has great design and animation skills and can meet the timeframe of this project. I'm willing to work with you on any ideas or feedback you may have, so I'm looking for someone who is creative and collaborative.
