Animator for Still Images

Hi! I'm reaching out because I need to hire a rockstar to help me animate/add motion to images in a PDF I'm creating for Epson. I need to add movement to some still images as well as create some short snippit sizzle videos. The project promotes Epson's large-scale projectors and the focus is on five artists who have used the projectors for their events. It's about 16 pages in total, with two pages spreads for each artist. I am attaching a PDF with specific comments for you. I basically need to add some motion to the cover image (epson projector showing some illuminating beams out of the lens) and then each artists' photo needs some movement to the image. I then need to take their YouTube video and create a short teaser video for inside of PDF (which will take them back to YouTube for full video). I'm also adding the brief that shows the five videos that we can hopefully pull from. Let me know if this is something you can help with, turn around and pricing.
