Animator for Branded Character in Kids' Series

Looking for animator to create branded 3D/2D character + replace it in kids’ videos with synced lips, emotions & unique voiceover (15–20 episodes)
Description:
Hi! I’m producing an animated YouTube series for children. Each episode will be up to 5 minutes long, including intro and outro.
The base videos are generated using InVideo AI (visuals only), and I’m looking to fully customize the narrator character — replacing the generic AI child character with my own original branded character named Ellie, a sweet, adventurous 3-year-old girl.
I’m looking for someone who can:
• Create a custom animated character (Ellie) in either 2D or 3D style (please provide pricing for both)
• Replace the host character in each episode with Ellie
• Precisely sync Ellie’s lips to match the spoken words in each episode (not just generic mouth movement)
• Animate Ellie’s facial expressions and body language to match the tone of the script — including smiling, excitement, curiosity, surprise, etc.
• Add basic actions like blinking, pointing, waving, or walking if needed
• Create a reusable 10–15 second intro and outro featuring Ellie
• Add intro/outro to each finished video
• Record and deliver a consistent, childlike English voiceover for Ellie in each episode (based on scripts I provide)
• Add creative visual or audio elements based on your professional judgment to make each episode more engaging and fun
Important:
I want Ellie to have one consistent voice throughout the series, and the voice must be exclusive to this project.
Whether you use a voice actress or an AI voice, I require full commercial rights and written confirmation that the voice will not be reused in other projects.
This is a long-term project with 15–20 episodes planned.
