Animator to animate 100 short stories in 2d animation

Hello! I am looking for a skilled animator to animate 100 short stories in Digital 2D animation. The target audience is children, so artistic style and colors should be appropriate for them. I have already prepared scripts for each story, so the animator would just need to create the animation with those. The animator should also have experience in creating stories through 2d animation, and be able to stay within the budget and timeline of the project.
