Animator For Kids Rhymes

I am looking for an animator to create 2D animation for kids rhymes. The duration of each rhyme video will be between 1-3 minutes. I already have a script and storyboard ready. I firmly need Old Fashioned Rhyme Style like villages etc.

Skills and experience needed:
- Proficiency in 2D animation
- Ability to bring characters and scenes to life
- Enjoyable to children
- Zoom in Zoom out camera effects
- Creativity in backgrounds
