2D Animation with Voice Over Videos for Youtube

We want to create upto 10 minutes of vides for youtube channel. it would be series of 100 videos. Channel would be focused more on kids upto age 16. Objective of the channel is to explain science concepts through small and humorous stories.
Each episode would be english and hindi language.
