Animation regarding a gun laying system to be made

I am looking for a 3D animation to be created that is more than 3 minutes in length. I already have a complete script for the animation, and it will be about a gun laying system. As such, I am hoping to find an animator who has experience in action or character animation. creativity and innovative storytelling techniques are what I am looking for. The animation must include motion graphics, smooth transitions, and dynamic camera movement. The ability to produce realistic characters and environments is a must. In addition, the animator should employ professional lighting and texturing techniques.
