Animation of a heart moving along a graph (see reference)

Hi,
I need the following animation but in square format. It should look as similar as possible. With the heart beating and moving down the graph. As you can see the animation slows down slightly in each phase (Phase 1, Phase 2, Phase 3). Length 15 seconds.
I also need the background illustration of the phases, meaning the graph with half-transparent colours. I can only provide the square background image (see attached).
I also need to be able to replace the background image. So let me know which program you would use then I can see if I am able to get it and replace the background image or you create a transparent animation, which I can layer on top of different images.
