Animation for podcast screen on youtube

My colleague and me have created a Movie podcast that we intend to put on youtube and wanted the video screen that runs whilst the audio is playing to have some animation. I was thinking a neon sign with our podcast name at the far end of a table flickering, and just two characters either side of a table with a few animations. drinking coffee, playing a guitar and basic mouthing words. if we could get them broken up so we could apply ourselves as and when a guitar is being used or talking is happening etc that would be ideal.
