Description:
We are seeking a skilled freelance animator specializing in 3D or advanced 2D animation to create engaging, high-quality videos tailored for children and younger audiences. The freelancer will produce short and regular-length animated videos on a monthly basis for a long-term contract. Below are the detailed requirements and terms.
Project Requirements:
Eligible Countries:
The freelancer must be based in one of the following countries:
Indonesia
Vietnam
Iran
Laos
Uzbekistan
Paraguay
Cambodia
Madagascar
Uganda
Tanzania
Video Deliverables:
Short Videos: Minimum of 15 videos per month, each up to 30 seconds in duration.
Regular Videos: Minimum of 10 videos per month, each with a duration of 3–8 minutes.
Penalty for Short Supply: A 5% deduction from the monthly payment will be applied for each video below the minimum requirement.
Delivery Timeline:
All videos must be delivered within 2–3 days of receiving the project brief or content requirements.
Content Guidelines:
All videos must be original and free of any copyrighted material to ensure compliance with platforms like YouTube and others.
If copyrighted content is found in any video, payment for that video will be revoked and forfeited.
Contract Duration:
This is a long-term contract. Once hired, the selected freelancer will continue as the sole animator for the project, and we will not hire another person unless the contract is terminated.
Payment and Incentives:
Fixed Monthly Payment: INR 1,780/- (Indian Rupees).
Performance-Based Increase: Payment may increase based on positive audience response, at the employer’s discretion.
Bonus: Additional bonuses may be provided for unique and trendy content, also at the employer’s discretion.
Submission Guidelines:
Please submit your portfolio showcasing previous 3D/2D animation work, preferably targeting children or younger audiences.
Include your country of residence in your application.
Provide a brief proposal outlining how you will meet the video production requirements and timelines.
