2D Animation for Narrated Story
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I've been telling stories to my kids each night, and I want to turn these make-believe stories into a short 2D animated video (2-3 min long). I have an audio file of the story that I want narrating the action in the 2D animated video, so that the video syncs with the story being told.
