2D Animation for a Childrens Music Video

I'm in need of a professional animator who specializes in 2D Animation, specifically for a music video that requires a cartoon/childrens style. The animation will be centred around animated characters, so creativity and experience in designing and animating such characters is a must.

We are looking for a new animated video for each cut in the video. The chorus can be repeated. Words or captions are not needed on the video. Needs to appeal to kids, bright colours, warming characters and storytelling.
