Animation Video

I am looking to hire someone to create an animation video for me in a 2D animation style. The desired length of the video is 1-3 minutes and I have a rough idea of what I would like it to be, but I do not have a script or storyboard prepared. I am looking for an experienced animator to help bring my vision to life!
