(2D Animation) Looking for professional animater for Hindi moral story or family story video must include detail

I am looking for a professional animator to create a 2D animation video for a Hindi moral story or family story. The video should be more than 3 minutes long.

Storyline/Script:
- I have a rough idea for the storyline, but it needs some work. I would appreciate help in creating a complete script for the animation video.

Animation Style:
- The animation style can be as required, depending on the storyline and the theme of the video.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in 2D animation, preferably with a portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Strong storytelling and scriptwriting skills.
- Ability to bring characters and scenes to life through animation.
- Familiarity with Hindi language and culture would be a plus.
