SS Enterprise is seeking a professional to develop a 60–90 second animated explainer video that communicates the value proposition and functionality of its intelligent asset legacy platform. The video will be used across digital platforms (website, social media, etc.).

• Clearly explain the problem merizimmedari solves and how does it work.
• Communicate the features of the platform in a concise, emotionally resonant manner.
• Create trust and relatability with the target audience.
• Ensure brand alignment, quality, and platform readiness.

• Provide initial script, branding guidelines, and logo files.
• Timely review and approval of drafts at each stage.
• Assign a single point-of-contact for feedback coordination.

• Deliver high-quality, custom-designed visuals and animations.
• Provide the attached IPR Compliance & Ownership Declaration on company letter head.
• Use royalty-free music/image/character and licensed content.
• Maintain confidentiality of shared information and materials.
• Ensure compatibility across platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, website, mobile).

7. Ownership & Rights
• All final assets and source files will be the sole property of SS Enterprise upon full payment.
• Vendor agrees not to reuse or distribute any elements developed under this project.
