2D Animation Explainer Video - 1-2 Min

I am looking for a skilled 2D animator who can create a 1-2 minute educational explainer video. I need help with both the script and the storyboard for the animation.
The purpose of the animation video is to educate the audience about "Current Bus Maintenance System" and "New Proposed Idea with QA Excel DashBoard". You must show data is coming from different sources like warehouse with quality part delivery, Bus Fault Alterts and update in the excel file, Create Work order, inspector will inspect the Fault and make decisions, and so on"
