UI Animation Effects

I have a web interface that already functions well, but it feels static. I want to breathe life into it with tasteful, subtle animations applied to three key areas: the buttons, a few background elements, and headline or paragraph text. Think of micro-interactions that guide the user’s eye rather than flashy motion that distracts.

You’re free to work in plain CSS/SCSS, modern JavaScript, or a framework such as React with Framer-Motion or GSAP—as long as the final result is lightweight, performant, and easy for me to maintain. I’d like the code structured so I can drop it straight into my existing project, and commented clearly enough that future tweaks are simple.

Please provide:
• Clean, production-ready code (CSS/JS or component files) implementing the three animation groups.
• A brief README or inline notes explaining trigger logic, durations, and how to adjust them.
