I am looking to create a short animation, lasting between 1 and 3 minutes, that features a 2D animated style. I require a voice-over to accompany the animation, with the goal of conveying the message of the animation in an effective and engaging manner.
My scope of work includes providing the initial concept or rough storyboard for the animation, as well as any materials that are necessary to create the animation, including 3D models, stock music, and graphical elements. Once the project is completed, I expect to have a full animation with voice-over, and a ready-to-use format that can be used for any media platform. I am open to suggestions on the direction, tone, and technical details of the project if necessary.
