Animation

Hi, I want to get a small animation done for the lungs.
The animated lung should have bronchi inside and should animate breathing, i.e. inspiratory and expiratory.

The animation of breathing would be done with gradient movement inside the lung and the shape of the lung will remain absolute.

The entire animation will have the following features -
First, two breathing cycles will be normal inhalation and exhalation and will be represented via gradient movement simulating airflow.
In the next two breathing cycles, the lung's bronchi area will become grey
In the next two breathing cycles, the lung's bronchi area will become red
In the next two breathing cycles, the lung's wall color will be highlighted with a thin border
In the next two breathing cycles, the lung's wall color will be highlighted with a thick border
In the next two breathing cycles, the lung will have a dotted line inside just near the outer shape
In the next two breathing cycles, the lung will have a dotted line outside just near the outer shape
In the next 6 cycles, all above cycles will run for a single time but with a small diaphragm shape at the bottom.

All these images will have a transparent background.
The outputs will be required in sets of images, SVG files, MP4, and gif as well.
For reference few images and a proposed animation is attached ( but the animation does not have bronchi inside)
