2D/3D Animated short video

We are working on a series of short (1 to 2 minute) animated videos based on a story that will be provided. The continuation of work with the selected animator will be decided after the first episode is done. The main assignment is animating a character and the related background, plus a few times back-and-forth edits until the director's satisfaction. However, if you are also willing/able to take on other tasks (character illustration and design, story-boarding, sound effects, etc), please provide a fee break-down. The pay will be per episode (Do not provide hourly rate). Please also indicate what technique and software you will be using and include a portfolio. Delivery time: one week.
