Animated short about our blob superhero, action/really dope style

I am looking for a skilled animator to create an under 1 minute animated short about our blob superhero in a really dope, action-packed high octane style. We want it to be engaging, tell a story and really grab the watchers attention. it is essentially a little animated short/trailer into our Blob characters universe. While I have a storyboard prepared for the animation, it needs some revisions to ensure it is the best it can be. The preferred animation style for the project is 2D animation. The ideal freelancer for this job would have experience in creating high-quality, fast-paced 2D animations that capture the excitement and energy of action scenes. The character is ai generated and the only source file we have is this jpeg image and depending on price we would like to include a few other characters as well.
