Animated presentation from slides already written

I am looking for someone to create a 45-minute animated presentation from slides I have already written. The presentation should be created using PowerPoint and should maintain a formal tone. It is important that the end product is engaging and entertaining for the audience. I am open to creativity, animation and different formats, such as video and digital animation (animated effects like the effect of hand-writing or creating images whiles the voice is reading the text). The successful freelancer should also have experience working with presentations in the past. Creative ideas and a portfolio of previous work would be beneficial. Responsiveness and communication are important factors to me and I am open to feedback and collaboration.
