Animated personalised gif

Hi.
I require an animated personalised gif to be made.
The gif will be a short clip. It will include something Christmas related (I'm thinking Santa eating some brownies after he's come down the chimney). He then smiles and winks. Some text saying "merry Christmas from all the team at treat-box.co.uk" and then our logo appears

I have no pictures to share, Only my logo (attached)

This needs to be complete this week

The gif will be used on social media platforms and WhatsApp
