Animated music video for oldschool hip hop song

I'm looking to produce an animated music video for an oldschool hip hop song. The animation should be 3D and should span 2-3 minutes in length. It should be modern in style, with a contemporary look and feel. I'm looking for an experienced animator who can create a high-quality video which can capture and express the essence of the song. The video should be engaging, creative and emotive. Knowledge of Croatian language needed.
