Animated graphics profile pic for nail technician

I'm looking for a talented animator to help create an animated profile picture for my nail technician business. This picture will represent me across all of my social media platforms. I would like for it to be a 2D animation that is between 1080 x 1080 and 1920 x 1920 pixels, that includes a list of specific items I have in mind. The level of detail I require is relatively simple.
