Animated explainer video: 2D animator, cartoonist, and editor.

Looking for someone who can do integrated 2D animation - character design - editor to help me crate a 5 minutes animation explainer video. The explainer video needs: character creation, scenarios and locations, and motion graphics. I will provide: brief, script, detailed storyboard, VO, and music. The interested candidate must have experience with camera POVs and movement, transition effects, visual FX, motion/graphic effects. Immediate availability needed.
