Animated baby speaking mouth narration.

I am looking to produce some animations based around the issues of smoking while pregnant. I need an animated baby in the womb. The animation will have small movements of arms legs now and again but the baby will be speaking to the viewer so the mouth and face will be animated to match supplied narrative.
