Animated advertisment ads

My company is looking for a freelancer to create an animated advertisement ad for us. We want the animation to be 2D and the finished product must be in the form of a video/gif. We would like to use Email as the platform to distribute the advertisement. We are open to suggestions on how to make this project amazing, but ultimately, the goal is to produce an animated ad that we can use to promote our products or services.
