2D Animated Short Film -- 3

I'm looking for someone to create a 2D animated short film that will be approximately 1-3 minutes in length. The animation should be of traditional 2D style (fram by fram), and there is no need for any voiceover. The project should be completed within a reasonable time frame.

I'm open to any ideas and suggestions from the freelancer, so please feel free to get creative. I'm sure you have what it takes to deliver an amazing animated short film to me.
