Animated HTML file from storyboard
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am looking for someone to create an animated HTML file — it could be MP4 as well I guess. We will be sending out an email with a link that goes to the animated file.
We will need for you to host the files.
I have attached a storyboard to give you an idea of the animation and will send over a music file as well to add to the animation once we start.
The only issue is that I would need this returned to me by MONDAY, DEC. 13 — NOON Chicago time at the latest!
