Animated GIF for Email Campaign

I'm looking for a skilled animator to create a single animated GIF for an email campaign. The GIF should be under 200KB in size and showcase a single feature of our software system.
Requirements:
- Animation style: Feature-focused, using screenshots or screen recordings

- Format: Suitable for email integration

I made a quick Gif of the feature required but I need the output to be smaller size (200 Kb) and to be clearer when sent in a newsletter (The text) you can use zooming when there is text.
