Animated GIF - Walking Man to Avatar

Create an animated gif with a simple walking photorealistic man transitioning into an avatar. We have an example of what we need (attached). It that need to be cleaned up so that the man walks smoothly and it looks more professional. There needs to be a better transitions from man to avatar. The man can be changed to another file but we want a similar look.
