Animated GIF Social Asset

I need the attached logo made into a social asset animated tile 1080px by 1080px - i want it to just flash into different colours in the background with the logo remaining white. Definitely need to include the primary logo "full moon" and don't include the red. Attached is the colour scheme for the brand - maybe worth choosing 5 different colours that work best and having it flashing in between these.
