Animated Explainer Video for AbsentEase
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm seeking a professional animator to create a fairly concise (around 15 to 20 seconds) explainer video for AbsentEase.net. The video should focus on our core functionality and key features:
When an employee is sick, they can simply text one number to report their absence. The system automatically acknowledges their message and simultaneously alerts multiple supervisors and HR - eliminating the need for office staff to be present and removing the burden from employees of having to contact multiple people.
The animation style should be clean and engaging, and the tone must remain professional. That matches the theme of the current website.
Im hoping for something with no voice over but captions bubbles and on screen texts (after all its a texting service).
I've included a sample scene breakdown but I'm open to a some options:
Quick Opening (0:00-0:04)
- Split screen: Employee feeling sick in bed vs. traditional frustrating process (multiple calls)
- Text overlay: "Sick day reporting simplified"
Core Functionality (0:05-0:15)
- Employee sends single text: "Hi, this is Mark. I'm sick today."
- Quick animation showing:
----Instant confirmation back to employee: "Thanks Mark. We will let everyone know. Feel better!"
----Multiple supervisors/HR receiving notifications simultaneously (Alert Sound Effects)
--------Three people, two looking at there phone (in work outfits, construction type look) getting an alert the other at a computer (in a professional outfit) seeing an alert
Call to Action (0:16-0:20)
-Final tagline: "One text. Everyone informed."
-Company logo
Ideal skills and experience:
- Expertise in animation and motion graphics
- Experience creating professional explainer videos
- Strong storytelling skills to convey complex ideas simply
Please include samples of previous work in your bids.
