Description:
We’re looking for a skilled animator to bring a cartoon wolf character to life for a promotional video for a newly launched startup. The concept is to create a news broadcast-style animation, featuring the wolf in a suit, tie, and glasses, styled like a professional news anchor, with animated mouth/lip-sync movements so we can later add our own voiceover.

We already have the character in JPEG format, and we need it animated professionally.
What We Need From You:
Animate a cartoon wolf character (based on provided JPEG image)
Dress the character in a formal suit, tie, and glasses
Set the animation in a news studio-style background
Animate the mouth/lips to sync with voiceover (voiceover will be added later)
Include basic idle movements (e.g. blinking, slight gestures)
Deliver source files (After Effects, Adobe Animate, or similar) so we can:
Edit content in the future
Add/replace audio
Make other small adjustments as needed
Ideal Freelancer:
Experience in 2D character animation
Skilled in tools like Adobe Animate, After Effects, or Toon Boom
Able to work with static images and create animated characters from them
Familiar with lip-sync-ready animations
Can deliver editable project files
Bonus if you can:
Suggest improvements in style, setup, or camera framing
Add light motion graphics like name banners or studio elements
Please include:
