Animated Automotive Maintenance Customer Journey

I am seeking a skilled animator with a knack for storytelling to breathe life into the vehicle maintenance process within the automotive domain. Using 2D animation, you will illustrate the key steps of customer’s experience - from booking an appointment, going through vehicle servicing to raising a complaint.

As a freelancer for this project, your responsibilities will include:

- Understanding the given client journey and creating a storyboard
- Developing engaging 2D animations that accurately represent the customer’s journey
- Collaborating with me for feedback and revisions, if necessary

Ideal Skills & Experience:

- Strong understanding and experience in 2D animation
- Previous experience in animating customer journeys or similar projects
- Ability to visually present complex processes in a clear and engaging manner
- Strong grasp of storytelling techniques in order to effectively portray the customer journey
- Great attention to detail
