Animated Audio Video Loop

I’m a music producer/composer and I’m looking for someone who can make a 15-20 second loop of me smoking, and driving out of Acura Nsx. The car is red and sport like, kinda like a pimped out 92’ version on Forza. The scene is in a city at night, with the street lights rolling by and smoke rolling out the window. I want it to be a front angle shot of me driving, kinda like the Lil Uzi Vert Xo Tour Llife video. Feel free to add your own ideas as well.
