Animate still picture as music cover art for EP

Hello, I need someone to help me with creating animated cover art for my EP to post it on Youtube.In attachment you can see my example made by me. Important that picture must be same and ship also needs to be presented for cover Idea. We can go with my example but if you have your own ideas with cover improvements let me know. I need to make ship movement, music visualizer and sea waves movement synced with music that I made. Six songs will be included.
