Animate a short in a 2D Anime Style
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
Hello!
I’m part of an independent music label that creates artists out of virtual 3D characters. I would like to have a short done of about 1 minute, 30 seconds for one of the characters.
The project is already voiced and only requires 2 characters having an emotionally charged conversation in the rain.
I’m only looking for this to be done in an anime style. Any other style of art isn’t what we’re envisioning for this project.
