Animate my logo

I am looking to hire a freelancer to animate my logo with a motion graphics style. I would like it to be a laser or lightning strike as this is for a laser engraving company. I have a very specific color scheme and theme in mind for the animation, and I'd also like to include both sound and music to be incorporated. The freelancer should be an experienced motion graphics expert who can deliver a professional animation with excellent animation, sound and music production.
