Affordable 2D Animator Needed

I'm in need of an affordable 2D animator for a project. The animation does not need to be high-end or particularly spectacular. It's for a purpose I'll provide, and I will supply both the storyboard and the script.

Ideal skills and experience include:
- Proficiency in 2D animation
- Previous experience with simple, low-budget animations
- Ability to work with provided materials (storyboard and script)
- Understanding of the requirements for various purposes (social media, explainer videos, etc.)
