Adobe Character Ready

I’ve been working on a project where I’d like to get these Ai Created Dolls to be able to do basic “talk” in Adobe Character Animator. (pics below)
I’ve created the PNGs already, but I’m stuck with the animation part. Too much to learn here.
Ultimately, I’d just like to have them act in a basic way… just like that iPhone App Talkr, or any of those other basic photo-speaking-apps do.
I thought the Adobe programs would have something that auto- analyzed the png, but no luck here.
