I'm looking for an Adobe Animate Expert to create a 2D animated video that is less than 1 minute in duration.

Key duties include:
- Conceptualizing and designing animation sequences in a 2D style
- Bringing creativity to the project to ensure the animations are engaging and visually appealing
- Ensuring the animation is delivered within the desired duration

Ideal candidates will have:
- Proficient experience in using Adobe Animate
- A strong portfolio of 2D animations
- Attention to detail and a creative eye
- Good communication skills to understand and translate ideas into the animation.
